The fast movement, quick reactions, and constant running on the court make every game exciting. Playing badminton with friends gives me a chance to challenge myself, improve my skills, and also enjoy teamwork and sportsmanship. Cross-training helps me build stamina, strength, and flexibility which are all very important for becoming a better badminton player. Whether it is running, cycling, or doing simple fitness exercises, cross-training improves my performance and reduces the chances of injury.
